Ferrari Growtech has recently launched FPA FLASH, the new mechanical transplanter/plastic layer for conical or cylindrical plugs, which performs the two functions in one compact machine. The transplanting element is the well-known one of the FPA EVOLUTION, with the rotating distributor included in the standard version and an important difference: the presence of a ploughshare that, under the film, traces the furrow so that the cups make a small hole on the plastic, not needing to go deep into the ground. It is equipped with a unique parallelogram system that acts on the perimeter frame; the transplanting depth of all the elements is obtained with the roller adjustable in height by pressing a simple button, which acts on two hydraulic cylinders to lighten the roll itself. All these innovative solutions take the advantage of an extraordinary transplanting precision and efficiency, in addition to the obvious saving of time due to the simultaneous execution of two important operations such as mulching and transplanting.
